Please, David, that's not a valid argument!

Using a CNXT modem, a laptop (or PDA), and a cell phone with CNXT chips in it, you could do your programming from practically ANYWHERE in the world at anytime. This may not increase your actual productivity on an hourly basis but it gives you the flexibility you simply didn't have a few years ago. You can also maintain custom code from remote sites much easier with today's technology.

You could get out of your cubicle/office and lay on the beach, doing the same job if your discipline was strong enough!!! I know I would get distracted too easily<gg>.
