Source for the 60 million shares - it's been awhile since I've been paying close attention to SBAS, but...I think it is somewhere in the filings related to the ObjectShare acquisition. I could go track it down, but they should put out the press release in a few hours, so we'll see if my memory is correct or not. Elroy
