My understanding is that it uses your own ISP. It's a dial in @ 28.8 or whatever, and recieve @ 400K from the dish.. And Fred, The Direct-Tv upgrade is/was suppose to happen Q1 of 97, according to their web page... They would need a decoder/STB for this...
