Hi Bernie, No we are not we never even got a trade off. David who was the Administrative General Partner was not comfortable with the structure and so everyone got their money back. That was already several months ago. Am looking at a similar deal to this. Could it be a scam?? that is not enough information you have supplied for me to be able to have any opinion. if you like PM me if you have more details. John
