Do any of you world travellers know what is going on here?

Baghdad, May 14 (Bloomberg) -- Iraq said Iran, its neighbor
and fellow member of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting
Countries, was responsible for yesterday's rocket attack on
President Saddam Hussein's main palace in Baghdad, reported Iraq's
official INA news agency, citing government officials. Iraq
reserves the right to respond to ``this criminal act'' carried out
by agents acting on behalf of the Iranian government, said an
official from Iraq's interior ministry. A three-year-old girl was
killed and four other people were wounded in the mortar attack,
the news agency reported.

Iran, which fought a war with Iraq for eight years during the
1980s, permits Iraqi opposition forces to be based in Iran, while
Iraq permits Iranian opposition forces to operate from Iraq.
