We believe this sector is relatively under-followed by the Street and see 2 classes of companies emerging: 1)Enablers of Network and Service Level Management - companies that enable the management of the network, system and application infrastructure that delivers carrier services (performance monitoring, troubleshooting, service level assurance); and 2) Enablers of Value Added Telco Services - companies that enable the delivery of high margin, value-added services (voicemail messaging, unified messaging, SS7-based calling services, wireless Internet).
