"...before this bull market started mutual fund cash was similar to what it is now" I didn't say I used this as an indicator, you implied it should be growing. "...negative sentiment is an illusion?" Not an illusion, irrelevant until acted upon. Do you know anybody who changed their retirement plan funding allocation to more fixed income or MMF?
