Re OEI ---- Hi Jim, It looks to me like some entity is unloading a bunch of OEI. I can find No news to account for OEI's movement relative to peers. ---Opportunity knocking? ---I think so. I'm watching closely and hope to heap some more OEI onto my pile if I can pick a good moment. btw, Any thoughts on BR? It's my smallest NG position and I'm considering increasing it.
