After reviewing Porter's speech at the Shareholder's Meeting, I cannot help but feel the company is going to be very profitable and positioned to be bought out by a much larger company. Their strategy to put the software and server with the client and eliminate themselves as the middleman will reduce their overhead and increase the bottom line. They could force their competitors to close up shop totally. If, I were the competition, I'd be scared to death and I'd take cash and buy them up to shut them down or extend the philosophy as if it were their own. We have an interesting time ahead of us. I just hope we can attract new investors. Nothing Hyperfeed has done to date has achieved this except perhaps hiring a top notch public relations company that has yet to start.
