racer: Isn't it true that Milberg Weiss is being paid handsomely, by short sellers, to attempt any an all legal maneuvers to interfere with SOLV's ability to succeed? The revised complaint is nothing more than a legal tactic designed to tie up SOLV's resources (TIME). I haven't heard you mention the SOLV suit against some powerful people in the "circle". Why is that? If Asensio and those of you who are hell-bent on keeping SOLV from succeeding were even remotely close to the truth the stock would have vanished sometime around April of 1996. Go on and keep trying to scare the onlookers though because I wouldn't want you to lose your supplemental income source. Oh! By the way racer, I added to my position at $9. In the short term being right is not always profitable, but, in the long run, it works every time. Dave
