Intel & Micron: Intel sells 6.1 Million Shares

Last week someone mentioned Intel selling 1 million MU shares and discussion ensued as to whether or not Intel has been selling MU recently. (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=13647951 )

On Tuesday, May 16, Dow Jones put out this snippet:
Intel Sells 6.1M Micron Tech Shrs, Cuts Stake To 4.6%>MU

Now holding just less than 5%, I believe INTC can now sell at will w/out reporting.
In light of INTC recent meetings with RDRAM producers along with its recent selling of MU shares in what could be interpreted as a retaliatory strike (although it may simply be profit taking), how important is MU's role in RDRAM production? I don't follow the memory market too closely and was wondering what the impact is if MU decides to reduce or limit its RDRAM production? What percentage of RDRAM does MU produce? Could a falling out between INTC & MU have a serious impact on INTC's hope (a dream at this point) of having a sufficient RDRAM supply at the intro of Willy?

Thanks,

Chris

PS. I've liked AMD since 15's but didn't get in until mid 30's b/c I was fully invested elsewhere (happily returning more than the 100% return I missed on AMD from 15s). I've been following this thread since buying in but have not contributed because the fantastic coverage by the regular contributors leave me with little to contribute. I thank you all for your wonderful contributions (although the OT discussions do get irritating having to wade through 50 posts for maybe 5-6 on topic posts).
