Matt, I don't know but Kaiser's oversight might be a blessing?
His last report went to press the 3rd of May (Just before the Strathcona report was released) and hence he had not heard of the
new private placement at RIO. This might give us some room to keep accumulating low before others catch wind. I was expecting a slight dip today but as of 3:30 p.m. it's up on rather light volume. Go figure! As far as far as the share float goes........as of june 30 1995, they were authorized for 25,000,000 pref., 75,000,000 common.
They had only issued a little over 11,000,000 at that point. I
would be interested to see another shareholder's take on their current market capitalization.
