quote from paragraph 1, page 79...
In what is quickly emerging as a new computing paradigm, the application service provider (ASP) model "has the potential to turn the whole software industry on its head" says Norvin Leong, an analyst at Jupiter Communications.

So far, so good....however in the remaining 4 pages of the article, written by Blaise Zerega, while discussing the emergence of the ASP model with its attention focused on Oracle and SAP, not one time is Novell mentioned as a player/force in this emerging technology.

In the associated commentary discussing possible investments in the ASP space companies mentioned were USIX - NAVI - FTRL.

Do you have any idea why NOVL was not a part of the discussion?
