Just another indication that the DOJ is overstepping its bounds and attempting to create some kind of industrial policy. Politicians and lawyers will run great American companies into the ground just as they have disgraced the country by their actions in Washington, DC. Yet they have never had the intestinal fortitude to really go after all those countries that dump product in the US, rip off our technology or use cartel's to control say the price of oil.

The rest of the world is laughing at our stupidity ala the various arms of the DOJ and Federal bureacracy. 70's-80' the auto industry in the US and manufacturing in general had a hard time finding its way out of a wet paper bag. Japan and Europe rocked. Now we have turned it around, we lead in high tech and our own government is throwing up road blocks and trying to manipulate if not downright kill off successful companies.

As with you, this WTO deal with China just doesn't smell right. I think Harry Truman was the person that said "It's easy to make deals with Communists because they don't keep them". DOJ is running around with it's little red book trying to re-educate America's high tech companies while saying they are doing it for us, the poor abused consumer. Mao, Marx and Lenin must be smiling. I'm waiting for the DOJ to start laying out Five Year Plans and yacking about "The great leap forward".

The new Cultural Revolution is aiming to take away the second amendment, control your healthcare, tell you what to eat drink and or smoke, tell you what kind of vehicle to drive ...
