.Trev - If you would drop the cranky old man routine for a moment you might actually learn something. Low stock price bad. High stock price good. ABZ had FN and others buying shares at well over $10 at the same time in their play. WSP will likely have to do it at a much, much lower price. It may benefit the "genius" Turner but not us. Here's another way of looking at it. One million shares x $10 = $10,000,000 while raising $10,000,000 at $2 requires 5,000,000 shares. Now which is preferrable. Obviously your knowledge on the mechanics of public financing leaves a lot to be desired.
