I voted for the changes.....however, I hope the merger vote gets a thumbs down. There is no way that BXM should get the cash per share as originally proposed, given the 50% decline in its stock price. Aso, there are rumblings of a negative nature about the quality of BXM's key products. As for GZTR's recent stock price....it sucks! Karl
