I'm Back. Unable to forward Mr Fergusons response so I'll have to type it out.

To Toolboy 49. You are absolutely correct that "if the results to date weren't great we would never proceed to the next level, that being the drill program. We are confident that we are directly on the northern extension of thw Yamfo gold belt. The prolific belt is the second largest gold belt in Ghana where to the south over 10 million ounces have been proven and going into production. Construction is scheduled for this fall.

There are several other important facts to remember. We have one of the, if not the most important, mining people n Africa on our team. Greg Hawkins has been responsible for the discovery of numerous mines in West Africa. In his opinion Ayaco has the best geological signatures he has ever seen. He has put a lot of his own money into CRVV and provided all the work to date using his personnel and skills.

When assay results are reported they are extremely dry. It is not ethical to try to embellish on them. That is why the PR is hard to understand. I would be questioned by the technical community if I were to do so. If you consider the fact that the size of our anomaly has been getting larger since the start of exploration and this IP {induced polarization) is now confirming this and to a depth of 200 meters. The soil samples, stream samples, and now the trenches are showing the presence of gold at surface (the trenches only went down to a max of 2-3 meters.

We are starting to draw the attention of Major Mining Concerns. We have hosted site visits, office visits to review data and have received one offer of Joint Venture which we declined because it was to early to give up the farm to a major. We are adding value and with the results as good as they are we are creating the potential for a bidding war on the property.

As for Nigeria, I was recently in Calgary Alberta to attend the Africa Direct Conference which was attended by dignitaries from all over West Africa including officials from Nigeria. They are ecstatic about us listing on the Lagos Stock Exchange and have promised their support in achieving this sooner rather than later. They have also made suggestions for potential acquisitions which include the single largest gold deposit in Nigeria. Our Tantalum Projects are moving forward with crews just recently returning to the field. I hope to have an update soon. We are planning the launch of several presentations to groups of Nigerian Investors commencing June 1,2000. Greg has told me that we will achieve a strong following there and that the investing public in Nigeria(the ones that can afford to invest) are extremely wealthy and savy.

I really hope this addresses some of your concerns. I am here at all times to answer any questions. Unfortunantly, I have no control on the labs that provide us the information for the news to date and that they are hard to understand. I also have no control over the price of gold(which by the way dropped $3.00} after the Fed increased rates. I believe that we are onto something big at Ayayco and in Nigeria. I also believe that we are getting closer and closer to a new gold market. With every move down the tech sector takes the more attractive another sector looks. I think our time is comming as the mining sector has suffered a bear phase for well over the past five years.

I also believe that our success will depend on the loyalty and support of the shareholders and the investors. You have all demonstrated your faith in what we are trying to achieve here and without this things would be extremely difficult. Having said this lets look forward from here as we will have a lot more news to report and hopefully there will be a better gold market in the near future.

Sincerely, The Coach.
