PremiumWear Signs Field & Stream(R) Licensing Agreement

MINNETONKA, Minn., May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- PremiumWear, Inc. (Nasdaq: WEAR) announced today that it has signed license agreements with Field & Stream(R) Licenses Company, Plymouth, Minn., which licenses the Field & Stream(R) trademark for a broad range of apparel and outdoor products. PremiumWear will design and market under the Field & Stream(R) license, a line of men's, women's and children's sportswear as well as pants and shorts, headwear, rainwear, and sport and tote bags for the corporate, promotional products market.

"The Field & Stream(R) license offers PremiumWear several exciting opportunities. First, we enter the outdoor lifestyle apparel segment with one of the most recognized brands in outdoor products. Second, through this license, we expand our product offering into headwear, rainwear, canvas sport bags and totes, and children's apparel," said David E. "The agreement also fits perfectly within our strategic plan to increase market share through the purchase or license of well-respected and well-known brands. Just this year we have acquired the Pickering men's and women's golf apparel line and began representing to the promotional products market CROAKIES(R) eyewear restraints and accessories and Softspikes(R) golf accessories including their DriStix(TM) rain hoods for golf bags and MagneSport(TM) magnetic sports bracelets."
