I'm too damn busy to try to pretty up my posts to appeal to everyone. I ask what I want to know, comment on what I want to comment on and read what I want to read, same as anyone else, S. You have the same rights and privileges.
If my directness offends people who like all the banter and ballyhoo, such as Apollo, Frank, Straightlife, tekboy, and the thread domimatrix/ex lawyer broad, plus the phoney California Shrink who likes to diagnose and dismiss without so much as a 15 minute court ordered visit, so be it. Personally, I take their intense revulsion as a merit badge indicating I'm courageous, still a crap cutter, and getting somewhere in separating the sheep from the bullshitting cybergoats. My M.O. has worked well for 50+ years...see no reason to abandon my effective MO now.
If you were in my home, you'd find the service and courtesy impeccable, and the conversation equally direct and productive. Come check it out sometime.
