It may have been Joe's post. As far as I can tell, it started to
move within 20 minutes after that post. Just prior to that a 35,000
share block moved.
I still do not understand what is going on. QDEL says that they were talking to BD before the law suit, then they guess BD lost patience.
Now they are still talking. Sure BD could have been applying pressure
with the law suit. Probably does not cost much to do that. But if the
contents of the law suit have no merit, as they claimed, it does not seem to me that additional royalties are in order. Considering the
relationship these companies have had over the past 5 years, it is inconceivable to me, that they did know the details of each others patents.
I never thought that BD was out to destroy the company I think they
want to own them, it is just a question of price.
