Lorne: As the result of the AGM and the recent trading pattern or lack thereof of the stock, I've changed my mind about WSP.
The good news is that 2 million + shares served notice to Turner et al that everything they do will be scrutinized. I would imagine that those numbers sent a chill up the spine of investor relations at WSP.
Second, nobody blinked. There has not been any real active trading of this stock since last fall. That means those who own 'em own 'em a lot. There's some solidarity here.
I think we all need to face the fact that we probably own 1/3 of the property. Aber will keep a third. A third will be let out in equity financing. Another third of the mine financing will come off a small business loan. 70/30 60/40.
What do you get for your 1/3? About 12 million tons mined over 40 years for the first three years then 12 million tons mined at twice or three times the speed.
Do the numbers. Decide whether a dot.com can give you an easy double or cut your float in half. Basically IMHO this is an excellent long term buy.
Hey, what do I know?
Regards to all,
L.
