Island issue:

Thank you to everyone for your posts, outside information concerning our product and service is always helpful. We know that the ISLAND issue was frustrating and that some customers experienced hold times. CyBerCorp.com is doing everything possible to decrease wait times during high volume instances. Areas where we are putting our efforts are: Re-designing our Call Centers, Cross Training all reps to make them qualified to assist in high volume situations so we can utilize all available resources.
