I think you mean to say their financial performance indicate.....

Novell's 1B in cash and ZERO debt is one of the underlying values issues in the Company. The stock at 9 1/2 effectively values ALL of NOVL's technology, existing net cash flows, plant and infrastructure, and existing relationships at about $6.50 per share.

Any significant good news will move the stock in a hurry.

Open question.....

Novell has stated they utilized about 1B in operating cash flow to buy back stock over the past year. Could that be accurate? Does anyone know how many shares they did buyback and how many of those shares were actually retired and not included in the employee stock option plans?
