Own, OPEC is more correctly called a cartel than a trust. Yes, trusts do exist and there are people in the USA who are called 'trusters' who live on the proceeds from family trusts. There are trust funds and all sorts of legally formed trusts. Those were the trusts against which the anti-monopoly ideas were directed. Microsoft does not comprise a trust. It is a corporation, which is quite a different legal entity. Yup, Sherman has had his day. Things do go out of fashion as more modern ideas come along, such as free markets and competition. Capitalism and private enterprise are novel ideas for many still. NZ is trying winding back the clock. It'll fail and the NZ dollar decline is an early indicator. In perspective, Mqurice
