Jim: Thanks for the thoughtful commentary. I am actually grateful to a number of you on the board for your ideas. After you wade through the 60% horse-hockey here, the cumulative brain-power/experience is impressive.

Big: (VVVBG) My strategy (dumb luck) on the Cosmo fund sure paid off today!

RRC: Up 15.7% today
MDR: Up 4.4%
SFS: Up 2.9%
PKD: Down 4% (aww)

Total: Up 56.6%

TO THE BOARD: MEXP just came out with an SEC form disclosing that they are issuing 1.1 million shares to VTS.

freeedgar.com

Apparently, if I am reading it correctly, this allows VTS to sell these shares to pay off a bill MEXP owes them for approximately 4.7 million dollars.

One take on this is bullish, i.e. that VTS accepting the option of taking 1.1 million shares for 4.7 million dollars means that they see the stock has a chance of being worth $4+ soon and is willing to take that risk in lieu of cash now. The way I read it is this is an option that VTS MAY take. My take on it is that MEXP is buying time/money by giving VTS a potential future windfall in lieu of the money now (or not all of the money because they can't afford to pay it now or borrow at exorbitant rates).

The other approach is bearish, i.e. dilution of existing shares.

Is there someone out there with more knowledge of the industry than I that can help sort this out? Or does my analysis sound reasonable in a business sense.

Slider: Hey guy, remember how you kept needling Sarge, and he "didn't get it" that you were just pulling his chain?Well, what goes 'round comes 'round!

Truly, (with due respect), take a deep breath, hold it ....let it out.... And join us all for a good laugh..... Then we can continue trying to make $$$$$$....(its "just bidness", eh?) Until the latest barb filled posts of the last few days I have reviewed most of your posts, and have found many points worth pondering.

If you have been making the profits that your posts allude to, hell, what do you care if there are some false braggarts out there?

While I don't agree necessarily that the timing for gold is now, I think your "nose" clearly is in touch with the sentiments of the public (not forgetting the huge infusion of cash into the economy plus the "election cycle")

EVERYONE ELSE, REMEMBER: Friends don't let friends use (or lie about using) margin in a toppy/volatile market!

Regards all.......
