Notes of Meeting..Part 1
CEO Mark Templeton opened and conducted the formal part of the Meeting-all items approved except item 3 which because of some confusion in a report was tabled until a later date.
CEO: 11 years ago started the company on an idea of making information access simple. He then went over what Citrix does for customers. Much of this is in the Annual Report so I will be brief.

Done this through our partners over 8,000 WW. This is how we leverage to grow.

Acquired Viewsoft ..gives us some exciting new Web ap' tech that will release later this year.

765 million cash in bank..have flexibility to grow..
Q1 2000-released another 3 new products..N'fuse allows ap' to be accessed through browsers connected to internet.
New Version Metalframe that runs on Msft's newest product Windows 2000..plus Metaframe for Sun's Solaris..
Our Enterprise licensing programs have begun to kick in and contributed 9% of rev in the 1st Q. Also, saw strong increase in our deferred rev due to increase sales of services. We also did acquisition Innavex..to help build out our consulting services organization..80 professionals already making a difference and a contribution to the Company.
Also added 36 new partners to channel team..total now 83.
Named in Top 50 #6 behind Msft,TimeWarner,Cisco,Oracle and EMC ( My note-Mike Buckley, notice anything about the list<gg>)
