Hi JGoren,

I am surprised and disappointed for you that your cable provider is so lame. I use the local RoadRunner affiliate out here in Bend, OR and have had satisfactory service, for the most part. I would tend to believe that it is a poorly maintained MSO plant that is the cause of your frustration.
Problems in the rain is symptomatic of inadequately sealed splices. [[Aside: Hey Frank, do you think TERN solves this problem? :) ]]
