I have also been watching that flag develop. It shows up nicely on the monthly chart. This is a jpeg so it takes awhile to load....

Now, this same pattern is developing on a lot of stocks, but it will likely take a move to approx SPX 1320 and NDX 3000 for the pattern to complete on the others.
