It is my understanding that the biggest hold up is Frank's ownership of the drilling company that was doing the work.This is the kind of thing that was probably over looked before because nobody cared.This is the kind of thing that the people at the CDNX will love to drag out to prove there is a reason for employing them all.I assume some of the work was done in the past for shares instead of cash.If so I am happy for them.
If my sources are right this thing could be halted for a while(knowing the exchange),but as long as the work continues the shareholders will still be rewarded in my opinion.
