I understand why the doctors on the thread are upset. but i think HLTH is part of the solution not the problem. Perhaps you may remember from physics, the "third law of thermodynamics: in any pressurized system, an reorganization that reduces the pressure will be viable" The health delivery system is definitely pressured by competing needs and interests but, most definitely, there is a great deal of waste that has nothing to do with the development or delivery of services. HLTH will make the system 10-20% more efficient and that will reduce at least part of the pressure. FWIW.
