HARM TO CONSUMER - is the litmus test, and this Justice case is probably 90% nonsense, and their new found religion and new case law about MSFT "stifling innovation" is laughable.

Strange how MSFT the "abusive monopolist" let the desktop become secondary to the net - thus effectively killing its golden goose. Thought I just heard Larry Ellison say the "net is the computer now". Strange how MSFT with its unlimited "monopoly" power just didn't knock out all these "competitors" - that now seek to destroy MSFT.
Linux is still around, now how could that be?

This Judge completely ignored hire court rulings, and he will soon be given the same courtesy, when this case goes to appeal.
