It looks like Chiron was taught a lesson from the FDA. If they ask a company to begin a new test, then they should have listened. It turns out they just submitted the same data to them in a different format.

I wonder what made them so confident knowing they weren't complying with what was asked of them by the FDA? I trust ABTI will have all their ducks in a row? That's two now. One for rushing a study and one for not complying.
