The most valuable consumer billboards.

From a marketing standpoint I would consider starting
to elbow OEM's about the lack of SNDK visibility in the
bundling agreements for the digital cameras and MP3 players.
I would give each OEM the option of either paying less for a
low capacity "starter" card if they agreed either to a package
insert or allowing more visible branding by SanDisk on either
the card, the instruction manual, or the box. Somebody suggested
a label on the shrink wrap that said, "SanDisk Inside". That is a
brilliant idea. Alternatively, if OEM's wish to go strictly private label
let them pay a bit more for the card. Supply is tight right now.
It would seem that SanDisk would have some leverage in offering an
"a la carte" bundling agreement.

OEM endorsements are gold. SanDisk just needs a little alchemy
and persistence to hit the mother lode.
