I was looking at the latest earnings release and I noticed that if you divide Q4 net income of $5,865,000 by the number of fully diluted shares (13,849,000) you get $.42 per share, rather than the reported $.49. What am I missing?

Also, I called the company on two separate occasions and twice I got your basic "buzz off - we'll get back to you" answer. Hardly the type of attitude I'd put up with my fellow shareholders if I had stunk up their share value for the last 2 years. Anyone out there with a closer feel for PKE's management? Thanks - FZ
