Canada March gold production down 9.76% from a year ago
Toronto--May 18--Canada's March 2000 total gold production fell 9.76% from
March 1999, and rose 5.50% from February 2000, Natural Resources Canada said
Thursday. Canada's total primary silver production was down 20.21% in March 2000
from a month earlier to 77.963 million ounces, and fell 28.34% from March 1999. (Story .2176)
