Marketplace announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Reliance
Technologies has been awarded a contract to develop Snelling Personnel Services
Xtra Club Employee Incentive Program.

The website being developed is designed to allow employees of Snelling Personnel
Services to use the Internet for purchasing items from a catalog by redeeming
points earned during their temporary work assignments.
