This is, of course, a programing problem. I can understand not being staffed to handle a serious problem when all the customers start to call in at the same time but what I can not understand is adding an additional delay by a broker needing to place customer on hold, go across the room to use a trade station - and probably waiting in line with other brokers doing the same thing. This is just not exceptable when each broker HAS A COMPUTER! Feed the trade program into each brokers position to cut this delay! I mean, this may be a "rocket scientist" program but the above is NOT ROCKET SCIENCE! jb
