Just a thought the housing market remains tight interest rates are increasing and those that are able to are starting to feel pressure to buy now as rates rise. I assume some are going to withdraw from mutual funds as we hit nine percent in rates.
There is pressure now on the mutuals to create income as returns on interest bearing vehicles becomes more appealing.
Gold is negative sentiment right?
