Hi jim kelley; That article is from March and it is way out of date. It is no longer possible for Samsung to produce 82 million RDRAM chips during 2000. They're only now talking about going to 3 million per month, and it will take 2 months before they are up to that level, given the 10 week manufacturing time required. -- Carl P.S. Rambus just went through 173, but is looking like it could easily bounce back to 180, the ask is getting thin.
