David.. You are dead wrong. You're obvious lack of market knowledge has you at a dissadvantage. I am a market maker at a small nasdaq firm. My firm shorts thousands of shares of small cap stocks daily. Even the president of MIOA in his Tuesday conference call said that their was a large short interest in the stock. A stock does not have to be marginable to short. You must work for a large wire house or trade at one, that's the BS that they put out. ..have a nice day....
