Nothing more improper than giving financially detrimental advice to someone willing to act on it and, in my particular case, refraining from acting as well.

This is true. All I asked YOU was if you gave him any money. I have had time to review my past association with the man through review of all private correspondence, as well as further observation, at a distance, of his public posts. I was initially impressed and seduced by his great intellect, academic knowledge, professed expertise and offer to help since, at the time, I was the poster child for the public fool and looking for a savior. I surmised others were as well, and hence my question to you.
