where is the bottom on QCOM?

The investors who say, "you can't pay too much for a great company in a great industry", are already in the stock, and fully invested. They can't support it.

The stock will bottom when value investors, who pay attention to PE, P/S, who don't buy based on earnings more than 12 months out, get interested. People like me, who sold a longterm CSCO holding in 1999 when the stock hit a trailing PE of 100, because no stock is worth that much. Yes, I know, the stock is still far above the level I sold at.

My point is that the rules are changing. I would be curious to know what % cash the regular posters on this thread have, and at what price points (for their favorite gorillas) they will put that cash to work.
