With all of this cash building, and retail investors immune to the market swings, I see this forming a coiled spring that will have an explosive up move when (when?) funds eventually start buying again. Volume will increase, momentum will increase, and everyone will want in the same door. This will cause the market to get overbought s/t and will swing back to oversold. All of this nervousness and volatility will continue for some time due to these and other factors.
