Yes, you have given some good facts. It is true that all that is said may not happen. It is just important for this company to bring about the AHCD and the preferred share issue. I have made a lot of money on this stock. I guess I should not complain but I just want to hold the company responsible. The share splits is what really sent this stock high, now if they can get AHCD trading and maybe sell a few homes in New Hampshire (SP?) we will be in business again. I still hold a few thousand shares and am thinking of buying some more but I just would like to see the above issues taken care of. Happy Trading Phil
