What kind of work do you do, Greg? Your SI profile doesnt say. Its easy to demand others do extraordinary work for no or little pay. What if society suddenly demand you do extra work, say an extra 20-30 hours a week for little economic benefit? I do not think you would be so cavalier with the work schedules of other people.

For example, Medicaid does not pay for neuropsychological evaluations. But their guidelines require extensive neuropsychological testing for any Medicaid receipient placed in a rehab facility after a stroke or head injury. Huh? According to you, I should sacrifice everything and offer this work for free. Do you have any idea how expensive it is to run a medical practice? Greg, I do not think you have **any** idea the increasing demands for more services and less pay going on in the medical world.
