Justa: BPSEMI is bull Confirmed at 40. Also, the semi RS reversed to 0's for the first time since Dec. of 98.! Actually, the last time the P&F semi relative strength was in O and the BPSEMI went bull confirmed, making money of semis was like shooting fish in a barrel (Feb 1998). However, the RS is a long term indicator and should not be ignored. What worries me right now is that the very best semi's from a FA point of view ( BBRC and ALTR IMO) are getting pounded down to their long term support lines. We are due for a pretty good rally right now. If it fizzles, we probably go the high neg sentiment, high volume selloff route looking for a bottom. Hope you still have your big cap pharms. They are still up about 30% over the last month or so. Dick
