I guess the VSE is very skeptiocal International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd - Int'l Wayside remains halted International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd IWA Shares issued 37,963,497 2000-05-10 close $2.04 Friday May 19 2000 Further to the Canadian Venture Exchange bulletin dated May 11, 2000, trading in the company's securities will remain halted pending an operational audit of exploration procedures. The exchange is also requiring independent verification of resource estimates and projections of economic viability of the proposed mining operations. The exchange is requiring that the company increase the technical expertise of its board of directors and management, and is also reviewing the company's general disclosure practices.
