Just yesterday I was lounging on the back porch, staring at the blueness of the zenith and risking internal injury from a clambering Helenator.
And these two hummingbirds came in overhead, went at it like tiny F-16s on serious steroids. One was chasing the other, making those scratching-glass hummingbird noises - then the contest swapped ends. They were fast coming in, but at the handoff ... both simultaneously selected Zone 5 and blurred! off into the next lot.
