Not entirely sure how CDN tax law works, but PGD has $4,830,000 in tax loss carry forward to use. It's pretty easy to get more, just buy a decent small explorer with tax losses. There are plenty of those. How about TNX, they have $12.3 million. @ 75 cents that's CDN$30 million and you get their Tanzanian properties and CDN$3 million cash to boot.
