Captain, if TRRA plumets to 20 then LCOS shareholders will not vote and you can forget 97. Nothing wrong with LCOS but TRRA is paying all stock. I cannot believe that such a weak player is buyng such a strong player. Lot of arguments that Telefonical will support TRRA. This is not plain healthy and Telefonica may get burnt.
TRRA is not going to give 2 shares from thin air. they will print those, with shareholders approval and this will lead to major dilution. If I was a real TRRa long term holder (like a big executive) I will jump with joy because I knew if I did not get LCOS 5 year from now I will be worth $20. Now since I have LCOS i may be worth $50. LCOS is a more valuable property than TRRa financially. If LCOS bought few properties like PCNTF, SIFY, LSTO, STRM this will create a formidabe global force, and may be 5 year it nay be worth $200. This is my understanding after detailed analysis of financials of both the company.
